INGRIDIENTS:
- 2 to 3 medium onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 to 5 pieces of chicken breast
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Curry 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 ½ tsp
- 2 cans of crushed tomato
- Normal yoghurt 4 tbsp
- Heavy cream 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil
METHOD:
- Cut the onions half-moon then add them to a pan with the vegetable oil and add the garlic, fry until it is goldfish brownish.
- Then add the chicken to the onions and garlic and fry until cooked.
- When the chicken is cooked, add the spices.
- Add the cans of crushed tomatoes, and cook over medium heat until it boils.
- Then add the yogurt and cream and stir it for one minute and let it boil for five minutes.
- Lastly, ENJOY YOUR MEAL.
