We are proud that Kidoz Times has been awarded the Women-Friendly Seal, in recognition of our commitment to fostering a safe, fair, and inclusive workplace that supports women’s participation and empowerment.

This recognition was presented during the closing ceremony of the “Women-Friendly Seal: Promoting and Protecting Women’s Rights in the Workplace” project, implemented by Al Hayat Center – Rased and ActionAid Arab Region, with the support of the European Union. The event was held under the patronage of H.E. Wafaa Bani Mustafa, Minister of Social Development and Chair of the Ministerial Committee for Women’s Empowerment, and was attended by H.E. Pierre-Christophe Chatzisavas, Ambassador of the European Union to Jordan, alongside representatives from government institutions, civil society organizations, companies, international partners, and the media.

This recognition marks an important milestone in Kidoz Times’ journey throughout the project, which spanned several months. During this period, the Kidoz Times team participated in a series of specialized training programs, workshops, consultation sessions, and institutional assessment and development processes aimed at strengthening policies and practices that uphold women’s rights and ensure a safer, fairer, and more inclusive workplace.

We are proud that this seal reflects the genuine efforts we have made in practice and our belief that women’s empowerment and equal opportunities are not merely principles, but sustainable institutional practices that contribute to creating a better workplace for everyone.
