Imagine

I can’t sleep knowing that my dreams will never be.

I close my eyes and imagine a world full of surprises.

The beautiful colors make me want to believe but in the end, it leaves.

Or does it?

It’s dark and cold the perfect recipe to travel to wherever you desire.

I’ll lay down on the floor all alone,

With my messed up hair and goofy pajamas, finally being me.

I grab a flashlight that transforms the sheet to a place where I want to be.

I look, gaze, and imagine a world full of surprises,

A world I want to seek.

Everything was different, everything was unique just the way I want it to be.

It only takes a wide imaginary person to believe.

It only takes hope, and one day I’ll be there,

Living my life just as I want it to be!
