Addressing the minds

Mental illness, also called mental health disorders, refers to a wide group of mental health conditions — disorders that affect your mood, thinking, and behavior. Examples of mental illness: include depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, appetite disorders, and addictive behaviors. Many people experience mental health problems from time to time, which may affect their ability to work and live a normal life. Mental illness can make you miserable, and it can cause problems in your daily life, such as school or work, or in your relationships with other people. In most cases, symptoms can be managed with a combination of medications and talk therapy (psychotherapy)

Signs and symptoms of mental illness can vary based on the disorder, circumstances, and other factors. Symptoms of mental illness can affect feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Examples of these symptoms include significant changes in eating habits, feelings of sadness or depression, distorted thinking, poor ability to concentrate, intense fears, anxiety, or excessive feelings of guilt. There may be severe changes in mood, ups and downs, and withdrawal. About friends and usual activities

Extreme fatigue, low energy, or sleep problems, if they worsen, are symptoms of isolation from reality (delusions), paranoia, or hallucinations, inability to face daily problems or pressures, difficulty comprehending, and problems understanding situations and people and dealing with them.

If you have suicidal thoughts:

Suicidal thoughts and behaviors are common among people with certain mental illnesses. If you have thoughts of harming yourself or attempting suicide, don’t hesitate to get help right away. One way to help is to talk to your loved ones and family. If one of your loved ones shows signs of mental illness, discuss your concerns openly and honestly. You may not be able to force someone to seek professional help, but you can offer encouragement and support. You can also help your loved one find and schedule an appointment with a doctor or mental health professional. You can even accompany him during the visit.

If this person is trying to hurt themselves or is seriously thinking about doing so, take them to the hospital or call for emergency help. Mental illness is very dangerous and may lead to a person’s death without realizing it. It is the duty of everyone to take care of those around them and their families so that no one is exposed to this psychological condition that kills a person, as it is ultimately a disease.

Addressing the minds

This world has been invaded by many problems, the most important and largest of which is “disease”, which is a term that brings pessimism upon hearing it. It has several types, including the most dangerous, as people believe, physical illness, but it is a big mistake. It is not the most dangerous, but there is much worse than it, which is mental illness. I am not minimizing the seriousness of physical illness, but rather It is very bad and difficult to deal with, but most people know it and are not ignorant of it, but many people are ignorant of the seriousness of mental illness, and many, many people in society do not acknowledge this term, and the majority think it is just a simple thing, and people do not believe in it as painful and more dangerous than physical illness.

clarify us now where the problem is. The problem is not the disease, but backwardness and ignorance. It is the problem in itself, not knowing what mental illness is and its severe and disastrous effects on a society if it affects its members. This is ignorance, and because of this ignorance of society and the families in it, the rate of suicide among teenagers who do not have anyone has increased. Their psychological condition is understood, but no one treats it. Even if the parents understand that their child is a teenager with a mental illness, regardless of its type, they do not bring him to a psychologist, because, in brief, it is a “flaw” in our society. This is the word that destroyed our society and made it sick with idealism, and if they find anyone sick, they call him crazy. It is incomplete and poses great harm to his family, which makes them afraid of what people will say. They do not take care of their children and force them not to say that you are sick, like a scene from a movie, where a strong sticker is placed on your mouth to silence you from talking, and this creates depression. Here a child feels neglected, and when a teenager’s illness becomes severe, he commits suicide when His suicide. There comes a period of awakening for his family, and they regret why, how, why, and many, many questions, and they claim that there are no answers to these questions, even though the answer is simple, which is that they caused to commit suicide Child, and then they are consumed with regret, but will they change and take care of the children of society? No, they will not, and they have not changed, because society still thinks and believes that the disease Psychologically, it is a flaw, and their thoughts that “what will so-and-so and Allan say about us” take them to perdition and destruction.

It turns out that many teenagers suffer from this problem because they are in the adolescence period, which is a sensitive period. A lot changes in children in terms of physical, psychological, and social aspects, and any words issued by the parents and those around them will greatly affect them, but this is what the parents cannot understand, that they are exaggeratedly delicate and fragile in the adolescence period. They must be taken care of, and if they suffer from a psychological condition, you must understand and try to treat the teenager so that his condition does not worsen and they do not call him crazy. This will worsen his condition and make him feel that they are different from those around him and that he is in the wrong and a disgrace to society. This continues until distracted thoughts form around him and lead him to attempt suicide. If he does not succeed, he repeats the attempt until he succeeds. Here is the role of the family to stop these attempts, or from the beginning of the illness, to control the matter and not let it worsen until it reaches these many suicide attempts. Awareness continues a life it’s different in a beautiful way, and this difference is for a period of time and will disappear. This awareness has a great impact on a teenager, and if he responds with the family, it will be one of the first steps in treatment. Then comes the second step, which is for the parents to educate themselves that the psychiatrist is like the doctor for physical illnesses when they complain, the Patient, suffers from something that goes to him, and likewise, when the psychological patient complains, he goes to the psychotherapist to gradually get rid of this illness and to make themselves under the situation. The reality is that people’s conversations will continue and will not stop, and you must not search for their satisfaction at the expense of your child’s death quietly and silently, and to see that your child’s soul Fade from before you, and you Do not do anything, even though you can do a lot and fight this disease and keep it away from your child. The last treatment step is to bring him to a therapist. Here it is the role of a child to resist and fight the disease until he succeeds or fails, but if he fails, you should not be sad because you did your part and overcame and fought everyone to save your child. And you maintain it, and you remain better and better than those who abandoned their children to gain people’s approval, so that nothing would be said about them, and their reputation among the people would not be tarnished, and they killed their child because he was only sick and did not commit any crime.

A door that cannot be closed. It is a door we talked about previously, which is the door to the term “defect,” a word made up of three letters, but its effect is three thousand times its letters, and it extends over a long period. Its effect remains. People call what is normal, or even more than normal, a “defect,” and the biggest example of this is mental illness. It has become a defect instead of a cure. So that this does not happen or escalate, but rather what is truly shameful and forbidden has become a normal matter. If we notice that our conversation revolves around people, family, and individuals, they all constitute society and it is what controls our lives, but we can change this society by changing ourselves and stopping going to destruction by our own will, and becoming aware that forbidden does not become normal if the term changes, so start with yourself and see. Learn about what is desirable and what is forbidden, and do not judge others just because society has judged this to be shameful. Be conscious to create a conscious society.

My speech was for the minds, it was not superficial or deep, it was not clear or ambiguous, it was just…. hadith from Wise to wise people, “No one can understand it except the knowledgeable.” Hope remains steadfast in reforming our society, and reform begins with the family. If the family is reformed, society will be reformed. To be honest, I do not want to say, “Let us work hand in hand to overcome ignorance.” Rather, only “Stop acting with ignorance and backwardness.” Certainly, We don’t lack ignorant people, because the world is full of ignorant people, and we Indeed, they are enough for us. Pay attention to teenagers and plant beautiful words in their minds, as they are truly important
