For decades, children have been sent to the same schooling system, which is horrifying if you ask me. We have evolved in almost every aspect, except the education system. Is it not time for a change?

There are countless issues in the system, where do I even begin? For starters, it stresses children out and makes them develop many emotional ailments, mostly because of the numerous amounts of exams and homework, it also limits their creativity, and forces on them a lot of, useless information. Not to mention, the very early hour schools start, as it has been scientifically proven that children’s efficiency would be better if they start a bit later in the morning. Furthermore, the material itself, children should be able to choose the subjects they enjoy learning instead of taking all these extra ones that would not be of any great benefit to them. Not to mention, the insane amounts of bullying cases, most schools do not pay enough attention to this alarming problem. Moreover, the long hours spent in schools, where children are denied enough time to focus and enjoy their hobbies. Another issue uniforms, almost all private schools basically force their students to wear the same, stripping their personal style away from them, which is an important part of their identity.

And of course the financial problems, good quality education is expensive in so many parts of the world, which should not be the case. Children should have the right to, at least, a good education, without having to pay such high tuition; as a lot of people simply cannot afford it.
